Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the team, league, or officiating role you represent. Keep your credentials private and provide accurate information.

Scheduling responsibility

CrewCall helps members coordinate; it does not employ officials, guarantee availability, collect payment, or resolve compensation. Coaches and officials are responsible for confirming assignments, pay, location, safety requirements, and cancellations directly.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, post deceptive games, harass members, scrape data, bypass access controls, distribute malware, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict accounts to protect members or the service.

User content

You retain ownership of information you submit and grant CrewCall permission to process and display it only as needed to operate the service. Do not submit confidential or third-party information you lack permission to share.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available and may change or experience interruptions. To the extent allowed by law, CrewCall is not responsible for indirect losses, missed assignments, disputes, injuries, or conduct between members.
