CrewCall Support

For account access, incorrect games, abuse reports, data correction, or deletion help, contact your CrewCall administrator. Include the email on your account, a short description, and the game date when relevant. Never send your password or authentication link.

Urgent scheduling issues

Contact the coach, league, or official directly. CrewCall notifications are a convenience and should not be the only channel for same-day cancellations.

Account deletion

Signed-in members can use Account settings to permanently remove their account. If sign-in is unavailable, ask the administrator to verify and process the request.

Response process

Reports are acknowledged, classified by severity, and tracked through resolution. Security or safety reports receive priority. The public operator must replace this paragraph with a monitored email address before open registration.
