Information we collect

CrewCall stores account identifiers, email addresses, names, role and profile details, availability, games, applications, ratings, and notification delivery records. A profile photo stays only on the device where it was added.

How information is used

We use this information to authenticate members, match coaches with officials, manage game coverage, send requested service notifications, prevent abuse, and operate and improve the service.

Who can see information

Signed-in members can see upcoming game information. Coaches can see profiles of officials who apply to their games. Officials can see their own applications. Members can see only their own notifications. We use Supabase and Resend to process account data and email on our behalf.

Retention and deletion

Information remains while an account is active and as reasonably needed for security and legal obligations. Members can permanently delete their account and associated CrewCall records from Account settings. Support can help with access, correction, or deletion requests.

Security and children

We use access controls, encryption in transit, and limited server credentials. No system is perfectly secure. CrewCall is intended for adults and authorized organization members age 18 or older; it is not directed to children.
